Follow the rules that apply to you
You are responsible for how you use the software. That includes the rules of the poker platforms you use and the laws and regulations that apply where you are. Where automated or assisted use is not permitted, you must not use those features.
No guarantee against enforcement
We design for realism — real devices, real sensors and device-level connectivity — but no setup can guarantee that a platform will not restrict an account. We do not promise that an account will remain in good standing.
What we do not provide
We do not provide a gambling service, we do not place bets for you and we do not operate accounts on your behalf. NZT is software for hand analysis and configurable automation, and the account, bankroll and decisions remain yours.
Your responsibility
- Use the software only where you are legally allowed to.
- Keep your activity within platform limits and your own risk tolerance.
- Do not use the software to deceive, defraud or harm other people.
