Software Update Policy
Outline: how software updates are delivered, and for how long they are included. Update terms are confirmed in writing before payment.
What updates include
Updates to the NZT software are delivered to supported environments and cover fixes, stability work and changes we judge necessary to keep the software operating. Updates are part of the software access you purchased.
How updates are delivered
Updates are pushed to your installation, and for device boxes they can be rolled out in stages with a rollback point so a live session is not interrupted. You are responsible for keeping your own device and network ready for updates.
Supported environments may change
A platform, operating system or device version that was supported at purchase may later stop being supported, for technical or platform reasons. We will try to tell you in advance, but we cannot promise that every environment stays supported indefinitely.
No guaranteed feature roadmap
We do not promise specific new features, dates or outcomes. Requests may be considered, but nothing in this policy creates an obligation to build a particular feature.
This page is a draft outline. The final update terms, including any end-of-support conditions, are confirmed in writing before you rely on them.
